  4. Make eggrplls.
  5. Lay egg roll wrappers flat. Brush edges with egg wash.
  6. Place some apple filling on one end.
  7. Fold over sides.
  8. Roll up to compleatly enclose fillimg.
  9. Heat oil to cover 2 eggrolls m cook 2 at a time to 350. A Dutch oven works well. Fry in pairs until golden..
  10. Drain on racks but sprinkle with cinnamon sugar while hot.
  11. Serve with ice cream while hot. Drizzle with caramel sauce.
